DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the delivery note which can only be in the agreed geographical area.

In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

The maximum delivery time is 30 working days from the order, unless otherwise specified to the buyer before placing the order and prior to its final validation. In this case, The MBC  will indicate an estimated delivery range. The buyer has the right to cancel his order if the delivery of the latter has not taken place at the latest 7 working days after the delivery date indicated by The MBC, Within 10 working days following the request for cancellation of the order by the buyer, The MBC will reimburse the latter.

RETURNS 

-     Returned items must imperatively, for hygiene reasons, be returned in their original packaging.       complete and undamaged and in perfect condition for resale.
-     Products unsuitable for any further marketing will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged.
-     Return possible within thirty days of the delivery date, for a refund without penalty.
